A library of documents ensures the stable foundation and continuity of our community over the course of decades. Upon buying a property within Foxcroft, each homeowner is responsible for understanding and adhering to the guidelines outlined on this page.

The Articles of Incorporation

• Signed in 1962, the Articles of Incorporation provide the basic cornerstone of our association. This document establishes the Foxcroft Homes Association as a nonprofit corporation.

CC&Rs (Declaration and Declaration of Restrictions)

• The Declaration defines the “powers” of the association, provides the basis and amount of annual assessments (dues) among other things

By-laws

• The By-laws vests all powers of the Association outlined in the Declaration in a board of direcors, guides the duties of the board and includes information about meetings, quorums, etc.
